Hello Todd & Sergey,

I am trying to implement MetaGenMark in metAMOS. Are there instructions anywhere on how to accomplish this? I have amos and metAMOS installed and can run the test datasets. I have successfully downloaded MetaGenMark but am unsure where it should be installed. Thanks in advanced.

If you add the directory containing MetaGeneMark's executable (gmhmmp) to your PATH variable, metAMOS will find it and allow you to use it.

We do not distribute MetaGeneMark due to its license agreement and it (along with a license file) must be downloaded from the authors. It appears the server is currently down so I would suggest trying again later or contacting MetaGeneMark's authors.

Install metagenemark following the instructions on the source site: http://exon.gatech.edu/license_download.cgi and add it to your path. MetAMOS will automatically find it then.
