v3.22.6
What's new
Bug Fixes
The workflow guard now rejects observations superseded by a changed unit declaration, unit completion, or mode change while classification is in flight. A declaration-generation fence prevents evidence from being accepted under a declaration it was never checked against. Seed timeouts also remain visible when a baseline was propagated from pull-request creation: the affected operation retains its before-read retry, while admission still checks against the propagated baseline. (#1144)
Workflow-guard test fixtures now isolate their Git commands from inherited routing variables and global or system configuration, and supply fixture identities per command. This prevents those fixtures from writing identities or commits into a caller's repository when Git environment settings leak into the test process. The change covers this fixture runner; isolation of other test helpers remains a separate follow-up. (#1148)
Documentation
The solution guides now explain the declaration-generation fence and the propagated-baseline seed-timeout rule, including their limits. Architecture and plan notes were corrected to match the implemented behavior, including removal of a seed-replacement scenario that the guard already prevents. (#1146)
