Bug Fixes

The workflow observer now reads file contents inside submodules and untracked nested repositories, rather than checking only a submodule's path and HEAD. Edits, untracked files, and nested changes now affect the snapshot digest and prevent commit closure, while a dirty submodule leaves the snapshot available. Unborn submodules are also readable; uninitialized submodules no longer prevent commit receipts after a plain clone or in a new linked worktree. See #1151.

File, gitlink, and byte limits are shared across the parent and every walked repository. Changes to a walked repository's root, Git directories, or HEAD during a snapshot are detected as an unstable worktree. The digest domain advances to worktree:v4, so completing a unit that was in progress across the upgrade may require retrying after a stale-receipt rejection.
