Bug Fixes
The release gate now retries transient GitHub API failures instead of immediately skipping publication during an outage. This addresses the GitHub 500 response that interrupted the v3.25.0 release and required manual reruns. Server errors, rate-limit responses (429), and network or timeout failures receive up to seven attempts with backoff and a fresh timeout for each request. Other 4xx responses still fail immediately. The verification job's timeout increases from 10 to 15 minutes to accommodate retries. (#1202)
