The compound skills now apply consistent rules for refreshing and recording solution docs. A missing referenced file is evidence for deletion, but the refresh workflow must also check whether the problem domain still exists; when it does, the learning should be replaced rather than automatically deleted.

The learnings researcher now provides a structured overlap result that ce:compound can read, including per-dimension verdicts, a count, and a High/Moderate/Low score. New solution docs also share the filename format [sanitized-slug]-[YYYY-MM-DD].md, and the resolution template clarifies that category takes a directory name rather than a full path. Together, these changes align the skills' instructions and handoffs (#1231).
