First public release of EncodeHarbor, a self-hosted FFmpeg video compression queue.

• Folder monitoring, persistent jobs and automatic restart recovery.
• H.264/AAC MP4 compression with three quality profiles.
• Original-file delivery when compression does not save space; HDR is delivered unchanged.
• Optional source cleanup after verified output publication.
• Working hours, weekdays, overnight schedules and time-zone support.
• Responsive dashboard, searchable history, pause/resume and retry controls.
• No account or password. Default web port: 8080.
• Unraid template with separate config, input, output and work mounts.

Linux amd64, CPU encoding. Input cleanup and working hours are disabled by default. Tested with 27 automated tests, including real FFmpeg jobs and crash recovery. No GPU encoding in this release.

Release attachments contain the image SBOM, installed Debian package versions and matching Debian source packages. Reassemble and extract the source archive with cat debian-sources.tar.part-* | tar -xf -.
