Windows Live Writer Plugin to surround selected text with the code tag.

Instructions

1. Build the project
2. Copy the compiled DLL into your Windows Live Writer plugins folder (see deploy.cmd for an example of how to do this)
3. Use by going to the "Insert" tab in the WLW ribbon, and selecting wrap in <code> from the plugins list
