config-ng atari only v1.0.0

This is the first official release of config-ng. It's been going a while, and has been on and off, but I am finally officially releasing this as version 1.0.0

atr

autorun-cng-1.0.0.atr can be placed in the SD card, and then selected in the FujiNet WebUI as the default config autorun file.

The ATR has the usual fujinet utilities on it that would go on a standard autorun.atr disk with standard config.
The boot loader is compressed with HSIO and has a custom splash screen for config-ng.

com

cfg-ng.com is the stand alone application version that can be loaded and booted from standard config instead of changing the default atr image in the WebUI.
