Ignite 0.9.14
Kindle application (primary): Install Ignite v0.9.14.sh and Install Ignite v0.9.14.sha256.
Copy the installer into the Kindle Documents folder over USB. See deployment/kindle/README.txt.
Optional Ignite Server (Linux x86_64): ignite-server-0.9.14-linux-x86_64.tar.gz and ignite-server-0.9.14-linux-x86_64.tar.gz.sha256.
Self-hosting: docs/self-hosting.md. Update an installed server with: sudo ignite-update.
