winfastnav lives in your taskbar. Use 'alt + o' to summon, 'esc' to hide. Everything else is in help.

As with any unsigned executable off the internet, Microsoft SmartScreen or any similar tool is guaranteed to be upset. Nothing to say here, that's just how distributing binaries works for small developers. This tends to resolve itself after SmartScreen has seen the file in enough computers and decides it's fine.

If you don't trust this file, winfastnav is trivial to build from source.
