With pip run
pip install requirements_dev.txt
then using pipenv run
pipenv shell
pipenv install requirements.txt
for the plots you might need to run
jupyter labextension install jupyterlab-plotly
and maybe
jupyter labextension install @jupyter-widgets/jupyterlab-manager plotlywidget
after that you can run jupyter lab
and open the EDA notebook!
