Nice changes to the toast

• When a link is copied either via the keyboard shortcut or the toolbar icon, the toast would sometimes not show. This has been made a lot more resilient and reliable going forward.
• The toast now gets a slick animation any time the link is copied.

Context menus work again

Context menus (right-clicking on page or the extension icon) was only working after the first install. After that, they would stop showing up. This update fixes that making the context menus reliable.

• Adds proper extension description for Safari Preferences > Extensions > NiceCopy
