This PR is just a demo to show that moving individual test files currently in
tests/intosrc/tests/can fix the "out of disk space" error. But it probably isn't the best approach. I think that "multitests" cannot be insrc/tests/otherwise it introduces some cyclic dependency issues. The approach already used by some contract of creating anall_tests.rsprobably works.
