Modularize CropperView, remove config duplication, add Demo-iOS app

  • Extract ChangeObserver, CropHoleShape, GridOverlay, CornerGuides into
    dedicated files; move cropPlatformImage to PlatformTypes.swift
  • Replace 19 configXxx properties in ImageCropperView with a single
    CropperConfiguration struct
  • Add Sendable to GridStyle, clean up CropperRatio, fix broken test
  • Create Demo-iOS app with full modifier controls and haptic feedback
