A bug-fix release from a review of everything in 0.3.0.

Fixes

  • Saving a session no longer drops its unsent comments when the review batch can't be read. Before, a batch that was unreadable at startup made <leader>ss (or s at the quit prompt) rewrite the session without its unsent comments. Saving now refuses and names the batch error, and opening the commit says when comments were not restored.
  • Sent comments stay sent across debrief instances. Sessions are re-read from disk before restoring, saving and marking sent, so a comment another debrief sent is no longer restored. A send or copy that can't read the session files now fails and keeps the batch.
  • Edits from <leader>rl count as unsaved work even for a commit you haven't opened this run, so the quit prompt warns and a deleted comment doesn't come back.
  • T while a saved session's diff is loading keeps the saved cursor.
  • Session marker: the unsent count now comes before the Nerd Font bookmark (3 then the glyph), so a glyph drawn wider than one cell no longer covers the number.

Docs

  • The README says the session marker needs a Nerd Font, and which dirs hold what (batch and seen marks: cache dir; sessions: state dir).
  • The guide now describes correctly where the marker sits, what Enter and <leader>e do on an auto file list, and that a restored view applies to later commits too.

Internals

  • Tests now cover the DEBRIEF_STATE_DIR lookup, tree order side by side, old-side comments in working-copy sessions and the comment-id counter; every end-to-end test runs with an empty config dir.
  • Dead code removed and small duplications shared.

debrief and debrief-review 0.3.1 are on crates.io.
