v0.3.0

Token-lean filesystem tools for DeepSeek Harness (DSH): fs_read,
fs_grep, fs_glob and fs_replace.

Highlights

• Compact output — plain text, paths relative to the session cwd, no JSON envelope.
• Safer replace — fs_replace validates match counts, file sizes, output size
  and sandbox policy before writing anything; over-limit calls change nothing.
• Read-before-replace — warns when a target was never read, or only partially read.
• Large files — reads stream line by line above 8 MB.
• Glob support — *, **, ?, [a-z], {js,ts}; patterns without /
  also match basenames.
• Sandbox-aware — read-only denies writes, workspace-write limits writes
  to the workspace and temp directory, danger-full-access is unrestricted,
  unknown modes fail closed.
