πŸš€ OpenCode Go Tracker v1.0.0 β€” Initial Multiplatform Release

I'm excited to announce the first official multiplatform release of OpenCode Go Tracker! πŸŽ‰

Ported from the original native macOS app (Swift/AppKit) to Electron + React + TypeScript, this version brings full feature parity, clean architecture, and native support across macOS,
Windows, and Linux.

✨ Features & Highlights

  • Tray-Only Presence: Runs exclusively in the macOS Menu Bar, Windows System Tray, and Linux StatusNotifierItem. No clutter in your Dock or Taskbar.
  • Three Real-Time Quota Windows:
    • ⏱️ 5-Hour Rolling Window: Instant percentage and reset countdown displayed directly in the tray title and popup panel (>_ 42%).
    • πŸ“… Weekly Quota: Track accumulated weekly usage.
    • πŸ“† Monthly Quota: Monitor your full billing cycle limits.
  • Semantic Color Thresholds:
    • 🟒 Normal (< 50%): Green (#30D158)
    • 🟑 Warning (50% – 79%): Yellow (#FFD60A)
    • πŸ”΄ Critical (β‰₯ 80%): Red (#FF453A)
  • Smart Countdown Timers: Locally updated every minute (Resets in 3h 05min) without incurring extra API overhead.
  • Visual Resilience (Stale-While-Revalidate): Temporary network glitches or API latency preserve the last known good data on-screen instead of flashing disruptive error views.
  • Automatic Localization (i18n): Native auto-detection of your system language (pt-BR and en-US).

πŸ”’ Privacy & Security (Zero-Footprint Guarantee)

  • Zero Disk Persistence: The application creates no local databases, preference files, or logs on disk.
  • Ephemeral In-Memory Keys: Manually entered keys are held strictly in main process RAM and discarded immediately upon quit.
  • Profile Isolation: Chromium's userData is dynamically redirected to the operating system's temporary directory ($TMPDIR) before boot.
  • Sandboxed Context Isolation: Strict contextIsolation: true, sandbox: true, and nodeIntegration: false ensure credentials never leak into renderer heap memory.

πŸ§ͺ Code Quality & Automated Coverage

  • 92 automated unit and integration tests covering pure domain logic, IPC contracts, window lifecycle, and visual components.
  • > 90% code coverage verified via Vitest v8:
    • Lines: 90.83%
    • Statements: 90.83%
    • Functions: 92.30%
    • Branches: 86.64%

πŸ“¦ Installation

  • macOS: Download the .dmg matching your architecture (arm64 for Apple Silicon M1/M2/M3/M4 or x64 for Intel) and drag it to your Applications folder.
  • Windows: Download the .exe (NSIS installer) and follow the setup wizard.
  • Linux: Download the .AppImage, make it executable (chmod +x OpenCodeGoTracker-*.AppImage), and run.

πŸ”‘ Credentials Setup

The app automatically reads your credentials from ~/.local/share/opencode/auth.json. If you haven't connected your account in the terminal yet, run:

 opencode providers login --provider opencode-go

Alternatively, paste your API key directly into the application popup field (kept safely in memory only).
