This warns for every call to the `subproject` snippet.
Also, add an alias of `/3pp` and redirect the `/mpl-third-party` path to the new path.

This adds redirects to top-level files by requesting that Caddy checks
/stable, and then descending versions since/3.5.0to create a redirect to the first match.Also, it moves third-party packages to
/thirdpartypackagesas we decided in a call some time ago, adds a shorthand/3ppredirect, and redirects from/mpl-third-party/*.This can be tested on https://pluto.matplotlib.org/
