Successfully prepared documentation for Mobile v2.33 (October 16th) release.

• Examine example PR Mobile v2.32.0 changelog #8298 for format/structure
• Read current mobile-app-changelog.md file
• Read current mattermost-mobile-releases.md file
• Update mobile-app-changelog.md with v2.33 entry
• Update mattermost-mobile-releases.md with v2.33 entry
• Commit and push changes
• Provide PR creation link

Changes Made:

1. mobile-app-changelog.md: Added v2.33.0 release entry at the top with:

   • Release date: October 16, 2025
   • Standard compatibility information
   • Placeholder content for improvements, bug fixes, and open source components
   • Known issues section

2. mattermost-mobile-releases.md:

   • Added v2.33 to the "Latest releases" table
   • Moved it from "Future releases" to "Latest releases"
   • Set compatible server versions as v11.0, v10.12, v10.11, v10.5
   • Support period: October 16, 2025 to November 15, 2025

The entries follow the established format and can be updated with actual release notes when they become available.
