Embedded gist URLs don't work

I think the relevant part in the regexp was lost somewhere around 7715b2c. This feature is extremely useful.

Also #126 should handle this case.

Try following with latest gist-vim

1. Make new buffer
2. Add GistID:
3. :Gist

Probably the buffer will be changed to GistID: xxxxxxx.

Hmm, the syntax Gist: URL is too generally.

You could just match something like "Gist: $api_url/$id" to extract id and if it is empty, create new gist and append its id.

Hmm, gist-url may be changed for github managements. so i don't want to do this.

BTW, normally there is just an option for “GitHub API domain”, but in this case it might be better to have an option with a list of domains, so that they all work simultaneously.
