Improve account internal linking and redirect behavior #864

This PR is a collection of fixes to improve the in-app navigation experience:

After creating account, it now redirects to the account page (not settings) - fixes After account creation or update, should redirect to account page #830
Can access "imports" from account page directly
Can click account name in settings to go to the account
Can click menu from accounts summary to get to accounts management
