Windows 10 (2004+) or 11, x64. The app and installers are code-signed (SSL.com, Nicholas McInnis). While the certificate is new, SmartScreen may still warn on first run: choose More info, then Run anyway.

• Signing: handle NSIS's .tmp uninstaller; notes and docs say the installers are signed (a9cb8f1)
