godot-cpp-m 4.5.0

godot-cpp as the C++23 module godot_cpp, for Godot 4.5 (compat.godot-cpp 4.5.0).

The version tracks upstream godot-cpp rather than counting the wrapper's own iterations.

• import godot_cpp; re-exports the whole public godot namespace (~1750 names, generated from the headers).
• #include <godot-cpp-m/macros.h> next to the import for GDCLASS / GDREGISTER_CLASS / D_METHOD / memnew / ERR_*.
• examples/summator/ is a complete GDExtension built as a shared library.

Package short name is godot-cpp-m (index: godotengine.godot-cpp-m).
