• Safe update checks against the official GitHub Releases feed.
• New /mcstat update command to check for the latest platform jar.
• New /mcstat update download command to download the matching jar into the plugin data updates folder.
• New config block: updates.check, updates.notify-admins, updates.auto-download, updates.check-interval-hours.

Safety

• auto-download is disabled by default.
• The plugin never hot-swaps or replaces a running jar.
• Downloaded jars are staged under the plugin data folder; stop the server, replace the old jar, then start it again.
• Background update check failures are quiet to avoid console spam during GitHub or network issues.
