chore: Minor patch PR following up from Fx release docs

Description

There's a few comments I had as suggestions to the following PRs:

• added release note for css zoom in ff126 #33512 (review)
• zoom CSS Property #33473 (review)
• added exprimental note about from keyword #33536 (review)

Opening this here after the above PRs have been merged.

Thanks to @dletorey for the heavy lifting 🙏🏻
