EasyMail Pro 1.0.4
- Your pinned icon stays pinned after an update. On Windows, installing a
new version over the old one no longer removes EasyMail Pro from the
taskbar. On macOS (and Linux), the app now restarts after an update in the
icon you pinned to the Dock instead of opening a second one. The Mac fix
takes effect from the update after this one, since the version doing the
update is the one that restarts.
EasyMail Pro 1.0.3
- Sign in to Gmail with Google. Gmail now connects with one click, the
same way Outlook connects with Microsoft. An app password still works:
choose "Use a password instead". - A friendlier font. EasyMail Pro now uses Inter. Settings → Font also
offers your system's own font, Atkinson Hyperlegible (made for easy
reading) and the monospace font from before. - A new logo: an E folded from a ribbon.
EasyMail Pro 1.0.2
- Choose your preferences while setting up. After you connect a mailbox,
a new step asks for the name people see and your signature, and lets you
pick the theme, notifications, thread grouping, sign-in code clean-up,
remote images, starting with your computer and automatic updates. Settings
has all of them too. - Settings now shows "EasyMail Pro" and its version at the bottom.
- First update from inside the app: 1.0.1 offers this version in the
sidebar.
EasyMail Pro 1.0.1
- EasyMail Pro for Linux. An AppImage that runs on most distributions, a
.deb for Ubuntu, Debian and Linux Mint, and an .rpm for Fedora and openSUSE.
It keeps the key to your passwords in GNOME Keyring or KWallet. - Updates inside the app. When a new version is out, the sidebar says so:
click to download it, then restart to update. Settings → Updates shows your
version, checks on request and can turn the automatic check off. If you
have 1.0.0, download 1.0.1 once; after that the app updates itself. - Images inside emails now show on macOS.
- On macOS the setting is now called "Start at login".
- Clearer messages when the app cannot reach the place it keeps the key to
your passwords. - The welcome screen and the AI key and password messages no longer talk
about Windows or a home server on every system.
EasyMail Pro 1.0.0
The first release of EasyMail Pro.
- One inbox for every mailbox. Gmail, Outlook.com, Microsoft 365, iCloud,
Yahoo and any IMAP account, together or one at a time. Microsoft accounts
sign in with Microsoft. - Fast search from an index on your own computer, which works offline.
- Sign-in codes, handled. The code shows up in the notification with a Copy
button. With auto-delete on, the email goes to Trash a minute after you have
read it. - EasyMail AI answers questions about your mail with sources, drafts
replies, summarises and translates. It runs on your own key from Anthropic,
OpenRouter, any OpenAI-compatible service or a model on your own computer. - Private by design. Your mail stays on your computer, passwords and keys
sit in an encrypted vault, emails are cleaned before they are shown, and
there is no tracking. - Works offline, calendar invites, one-click unsubscribe, phishing warnings,
keyboard shortcuts and 12 languages.
