Adds kg callers --depth N, kgen audit (precision and lower-bound recall against the source text), kgen route (per-agent advice from AgentTrialRig results), and fixes for Object.create exports and require('./x').f bindings in JavaScript. Includes the 48-run multi-level callers result in docs/EVALUATION.md.
