Jellink v0.11.0
Jellink 0.11.0
- Faster crowded jelly rendering with original baked gloss materials and cached live outlines; physics, faces and soft deformation remain live.
- Quicker social screens using bounded, player-specific caches and background refreshes; smaller online portrait payloads.
- Android Friend Code keyboard fix and fixed scrolling Global/Friends leaderboard frames.
- A short, playable first-jar practice with manual popping and six-link Bloom; optional chain, frost and Fever practice through Help.
- Bloom chains spread through actual contact to equal or smaller crowds, protecting larger setups. Each handoff begins at its contact and reacts separately.
- Global score and biggest-link rankings for new solo jars, personal rank and paginated results. Global submissions check the run's score ledger; this is not server-authoritative physics verification.
- Finished offline solo jars retain their submission until connectivity returns. Existing local progress and Friends records remain available.
- Result cards highlight a real improvement or achievement progress.
- Android update notices with a download button; browser refresh notices preserve the current jar.
- Same Android signing identity, with local saves preserved when updating over the existing app.
Jellink v0.10.2
Jellink 0.10.2
- Co-op: smaller ordered snapshots, quicker interpolation, idle traffic suppression and no automatic start on Ready.
- Versus: two to five players, always-visible opponent portrait/name/link/score table below the jar, clear countdowns, 30/15-second alerts and a final whistle.
- Suspenseful score tally, silhouette-to-portrait winner reveal, confetti and celebration sound.
- Names and bios autosave while typing, with durable drafts when offline.
- Click player portraits for profile cards; fixed scrolling leaderboard.
- Display-only opponent strip preserves thumb controls; inset phone headers and menu corners respect screen cutouts.
- Same native Android signing identity and preserved local solo saves.

Jellink 0.8.3
Your solo jar and progress stay intact. Achievements now remember the date of new unlocks; older unlocks remain completed without an invented date. Six new crowd and chain challenges bring the collection to 38.
A new result card lets you save or share your final jar after a run. Optional gentle haptics have an off switch. Android settings, help, achievements and results now use soft Jellink panels. Reset local data is tucked into options behind a confirmation.
Optional friends have their own menu button, friend codes, incoming requests and accept/reject controls. Profile is at the top right with the friends leaderboard below it. Versus gives two jars the same ordinary jelly sequence for a three-minute match; Co-op shares one jar with alternating drops. Either friend can pop in Co-op. Guest play requires no email; solo remains offline. Scores for completed Versus matches are calculated by the server.
The rainbow bar tip uses sparkling coloured droplets. The lose line has one dashed outline without the old duplicate line or red end dots. Continuous physics, frost, Bloom milestones, drag cancellation and pop chains retain the existing rules.
Install this signed native Android update over your existing app to preserve progress. This is a native Canvas game, not a WebView. Public downloads and screenshots now live at https://github.com/medissl/jellink; the original CV link is preserved.
Email profile linking needs a configured Supabase mail provider for delivery to public email addresses. Guest friends and matches work without it.
This update keeps every native share button visible on small screens, aligns the retry circle, and removes the browser result card’s rectangular background cutout. It also restores the solo best-score display after leaving an online match. Failed network refreshes preserve your guest identity.
Friend rankings now use your synced solo personal bests, with gold/silver/bronze number borders. They refresh after a run and whenever opened. Online reconnects automatically; opening offline gives a gentle notice while solo stays playable. Versus has a clear VS icon and Co-op has two linked jellies. Sharing preserves the actual losing jar; a filled 42-jelly run is included in the rendering checks.
The retry circle now has equal vertical spacing so its round outline is fully visible. Native instrumentation checks the retry circle as well as all sharing buttons.

Jellink v0.7.1
Jellink 0.7.1
Crowd outlines now draw in batches, avoiding dozens of separate draw calls per linked jelly. Floor-slope checks reuse the body without creating temporary copies. Fever HUD updates only when its value changes, and settings/help/achievement dialogs stop redrawing the frozen game behind them. Continuous physics, collision precision, frost, scoring and chain order are unchanged.
Drag cancellation now needs a deliberate upward slide. The red × appears farther above your finger, and small upward aiming movements do not cancel a drop. Slide into the circle and release to cancel; leave it to keep aiming.
The repository has a new illustrated README using the supplied Menu, Gameplay and Fever screenshots, with current controls, downloads and development instructions. A proprietary licence reserves Jellink's original code and assets while allowing personal play of official releases.
