What's Fixed

• Updated web server port range from 3000-4000 to 3618-3999 to avoid conflicts with common development servers (Next.js, React, etc.)

• Linux: ht-mcp-x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu (glibc), ht-mcp-x86_64-unknown-linux-musl (static), or ht-mcp-aarch64-unknown-linux-gnu (ARM64)
• Windows: ht-mcp-x86_64-pc-windows-msvc (64-bit)

This release includes experimental Windows support.
