2.0 Allow repeaters to be bots via USB connection

Being able to run https://github.com/SpudGunMan/meshing-around at the repeater level would be nice to have so the companion does not need to be used to run a bot on the mesh. USB to the node is how I see this working. Personally I would run this with a pi zero (w2 or orange 3) with a station g2 as the node.

one fundamental problem: repeater cannot send or receive messages. it would be much more doable on companion device - there is libraries available for python and javascript that you can leverage to do create simple or complex bot.

@recrof that's why I put a 2.0 in the title here. It would be a big change. If this isn't in the plans that's cool, just trying to keep rf usage down and making the repeater be able to be a bot was one idea.
