Introduced lovyanGFX library to avoid SPI issue (as happens with TFT_eSPI lib).
Note: for minimal code changes I re-used the existing TFTDisplay class. When implementing #2590 a more sophisticated c++ class design would be required (e.g. gfx engine and display driver templates).
