New: a second free plugin, me-workspace (1.1.0), in the same marketplace.

  • Twelve job skills, each doing one task and writing an editable Markdown file: evaluation questions, question and method alignment, evaluation TOR draft, indicator reference sheets, measurement feasibility and burden, M&E plan draft and coherence, progress evidence and comparisons, findings to actions, results chain alignment, sampling plan draft, data quality assessment plan and baseline planning.
  • Three workflow packs: plan an evaluation, design feasible measurement, and turn reporting into action. Each can pause and resume.
  • Nineteen commands that read your project folder and cross-reference your logframe, M&E plan, proposal, reports and TOR.
  • Each skill description says which skill owns which job.
  • Where versions conflict, the signed document is the working version and the later one is flagged.

Changed in me-review:

  • Review method text describes funder formats by type (for example LFA format or results framework format) and names no funders.
  • Progress report checks handle a single reporting period.

Works with: Claude Code. The skill ZIPs from https://www.monitoringevaluationstudio.com/plugins also upload to Claude in the browser. Anthropic's help page says Free plans can use uploaded skills once code execution is on.
