This PR removes the
manual_smoke_test.pyfile. It was originally intended to be used as a manual check to verify the quality of a frame. I personally never use it, and I think it is anyway less robust than the automatic tests we now have. I am also a bit tired of havingframe180.pngpolluting my workspace :D
