Feature Request: diagnostic for a variable that is implicitly Any.

Sometimes, especially when working with numpy, variables can be implicitly inferred to have the value of any. For example:

a, b = np.array([0, 1])

Having variables which are implicitly can hide errors that would have otherwise been found. Another consequence of this is that if this happens to an object that has methods on it, and you try to browse those references, usage through an implicit Any won't show up.

Since there is already, e.g., an implicit-any-parameter setting, it would be nice if there were something like implicit-any-variable.

This is already implemented and will be in the next pyrefly release! explicit-any-use (https://pyrefly.org/en/docs/error-kinds/#explicit-any-use) should cover your numpy example (where np.array explicitly returns Any), and unknown-variable-type (https://pyrefly.org/en/docs/error-kinds/#unknown-variable-type) covers implicit Any. They're both set to ignore by default, so they need to be explicitly enabled.
