Missing test coverage numbers

If I understand correctly the test coverage numbers on the distributions come from http://cpancover.com/

However, there are releases that have a report on CPANcover but not on MetaCPAN.

e.g. http://cpancover.com/latest//App-Aphra-0.0.6/index.html
but https://metacpan.org/dist/App-Aphra does not have that data.

The coverage data appears to be in http://cpancover.com/latest/cpancover.json.gz correctly:

But I note that the version is v0.0.6 (note the leading v) which comes from meta.json "version" : "v0.0.6",. meta.yaml is consistent. But the code says our $VERSION = '0.0.6';. Perhaps this is causing confusion? What is the actual version number here?

I don't think I'm doing anything clever (or dodgy!) here. That's just what I get when I run make dist.
