Create a Snapshot integration

The Snapshot integration would allow a DAO with an existing Snapshot instance to just copy the members definition there to populate a membersURI. It would also allow the proposals in Snapshot to populate a proposalsURI.

Effectively, the flow should be, a DAO selects "Snapshot" as the framework, they give us their Snapshot instance, and we just populate everything for them.

The first step is to just understand what the existing API schema is for Snapshot.

When you mean populate, can I please know which database are we storing them in ?
Also is this issue being worked on?

This issue is active; Isaac recently put together a quick Snapshot integration. I believe there is no database at present where the data is being stored; we are just pulling and transforming data from Snapshot and publishing it as an endpoint.

LXDAO is going to take a look at this and see if we fix the remaining issues with it so we can use the Snapshot integration to produce the ENS endpoints / a correct daoURI for the upcoming proposal. ETA early next week (THIS WEEK IF POSSIBLE!!!)
