  1. Unify titles and parts designation. What are the part numbers?
  2. Are these MEPs? I think so.

They clearly are MEPs.

We have created docnumber SI MEP A1 etc for the existing MEPs, based on their units. Insane though it is. https://www.bipm.org/en/publications/mises-en-pratique/standard-frequencies.html indicates that these documents are identified by their frequency, although mu is posing a challenge. So, SI MEP M REC (frequency/wavelength). Adding Atom in case of ambiguity.

Part number 1 is inherited from the Metre MEP.
