Built from f9a9a68, whose tree reads 1.0.4 / 8.0.4: a pre-release version is never
committed (scripts/check-no-prerelease-versions.sh), so this annotation is the record of
what was published.

All four moved: the loader fix touches every port, and the template-root fix touches the
Python and C# CLIs. metamodelVersion holds at 1.0 — ERR_CHILD_NOT_OBJECT is an error code,
not vocabulary.

What rc.10 carries over rc.9:

• loader (all ports): a children entry that is not a node no longer loads. Key before
  body at both doors: {"$comment": "prose"} is ERR_UNKNOWN_TYPE and
  {"field.string": "x"} is ERR_CHILD_NOT_OBJECT. The child was dropped on every port
  before; ports differed only in whether they said so. Shipped as a PATCH under the
  correction bar (docs/compatibility-policy.md). (e0a7624)
• cli: --templates reaches the render-helper generator, and a prompts/ directory is
  the default template root again when it exists (a fallback, not a flip), applied in
  both gen and verify --codegen. Python threads the existing flag through a port of
  C#'s GeneratorBuildContext. (f9a9a68)
• docs: the JVM catalog declares output-parser's metaobjects-om requirement. (534e51c)

Gates on the tagged tree: scripts/ci-local.sh --strict-toolchains PASSED (43 gates, all
five conformance lanes, java-reactor, integration-tests). Hosted local-ci green.
scripts/release-verify.mjs 1.0.5-rc.10 --smoke: all four registries plus npm and pnpm
external installs green. Adopter-estate gate follows.
