Built from 2e16562, whose tree reads 1.0.4 / 8.0.4: a pre-release version is never
committed (scripts/check-no-prerelease-versions.sh), so this annotation is the record of
what was published.

All four moved: every port has product changes since rc.10. metamodelVersion holds at 1.0
(scripts/check-metamodel-version.mjs: no change since v1.0.4).

What rc.11 carries over rc.10:

• Generators are reference helpers; the core is what MetaObjects guarantees
  (ADR-0034 Amendment 3). Eject in every port: metaobjects eject (Python),
  mvn metaobjects:eject (Java, Kotlin), dotnet meta eject (C#).
• C#: an ejected codegen project runs the whole --generators selection and reads
  libraries; the verify hand-off forwards its flags; the scaffold pins the
  published package version. JVM: the eject pom builds standalone.
• migrate-ts: a table rename carries its indexes and constraints.
• cli: meta export loads opted-in libraries; an invalid config.json says what is
  wrong; a missing DB driver says where to install it.
• codegen-spring: an int-backed enum generates its declared value map; Maven
  generate registers its compile source root.
• codegen: output written outside the project is not recorded in .hashes.json;
  C# default registry composes the documentation provider.

Gates: scripts/ci-local.sh --strict-toolchains on the fixes' base, with the C# lane
re-run after an inotify-limit fix (150/0); hosted local-ci green on 2e16562.
Adopter estate: scripts/rc-gate.sh 1.0.5-rc.11 PASSED (7 steps); contract suite 43/43
in all five ports (ts, csharp, python, java, kotlin) with versions read back; TS,
Python and C# regenerate with no change and verify --codegen clean.
