Convergent publishing: since v1.0.5-rc.6 only TypeScript/web-client and JVM product
files changed. No Python or C# product file moved, so PyPI and NuGet keep rc.6 —
that evidence is still about the code they ship, not stale. expected-registry.json
and metamodelVersion are unchanged; metamodelVersion stays 1.0.

Carries, for the adopter estate to observe on PUBLISHED artifacts:

• F26 the web client percent-encodes the filter brackets (d5001ce), so a
  Spring Boot backend no longer answers every filtered request with
  Tomcat's 400.
• F26 a raw % in a filter value (a browser's typed wildcard) is kept literal:
  it was a 500 on Java and a silently unfiltered 200 on Kotlin (5825f05).
• F26 a TPH base's list route filters by its discriminator on Java and Kotlin
  (5825f05).
• F27 the Maven plugin resolves a relative against the module
  basedir, not the shell's working directory (f84bcc9).

npm smoke: cli@1.0.5-rc.7 installed from the registry; meta --version,
