requirement.* description prose strings, ruled a hold.

Carries ADR-0056: a value object's types are generated once, at the value object's own
location, and the payload generator is removed (#387). Also the Kotlin builder's
non-parsing requireNotNull (#388), the TypeScript field.timestamp wire spelling, the Hono
empty-PATCH 500, and the M:N junction that cannot be paired becoming a load error.

Gates on the tagged tree: scripts/ci-local.sh --strict-toolchains PASSED (all five
conformance lanes, java-reactor, integration-tests 5-port + docker). Adopter estate
rc-gate.sh PASSED; the estate contract corpus is 43/43 on ts, csharp and python.
