Manufacturing Issue/Receipt: show BOM line attributes if any

What is the current behavior?

Which are the steps to reproduce?

• have a manufacturing order where you have set the ASI (i.e. PP_Order.M_AttributeSetInstance_ID)
• open Manufacturing Issue/Receipt
• select the main product line => NO attributes are displayed

What is the expected or desired behavior?

The attributes shall be displayed.

• attributes in manufacturing (on LU and TU): (NOK)

1. go to manufacturing order (/53009)
2. select a line, press on issue/receipt
3. select the main product, press on Receive HUs (if you don't have any planning hus to process)
4. select the new LU
   => attributes are editable OK
5. press on Process plan
   => your HUs are now grey
   => attributes are still editable NOK

• attributes in jasper process: (NOK)

1. open Revenue Busines Partner
2. try to set attributes
   => "Attributes not allowed" NOK

• attributes in order line: (OK)

1. go to order and create a new one
2. add line with add new and add attributes => OK works
3. add a product with batch entry and modify the attribute directly form the line => OK works

• attributes in product price: (OK)

1. go to attribute price window, select one
2. try to add an attribute => works OK

• attributes on main product in manufacturing: (OK)

1. create a new manufacturing order, add all mandatory fields and set some attributes
   => ok, you can add attributes
2. go in grid view, select your manufacturing order and select issue/ receipt
3. select the main product => the attributes are shown OK
4. receive HUs => the attributes were propagated on the LU and TU as well OK

this shall be fixed also before of #321 where when we call "Status: Complete" everything will be readonly.
