red line appears on document only after refresh

Current behavior

when adding a new orderline using add new -> done (directly, without setting mandatory fields), order doesn't have a red line. You can see the red line only if you refresh the page

Expected behavior

show red line directly

Steps to reproduce

1. open sales order, create a new one
2. add all mandatory fields
3. add an order line using add new, press done directly (do not set any product)
   => orderline is red OK
   => order doesn't have the red line NOK
   (refresh and you can see it)
   note that while you can't see the red line, you can also move to other windows without getting the "leave page" message

OK: works fine, red line appears when you set an incomplete line in order.
more, if you want to leave the page, you get the "leave page" warning message. Press cancel and you stay on page. Press ok and you go to the next one
