Describe the bug
When there're mismatched or missing values, the histogram generation falls into infinite-loop.

To Reproduce
WARNING: DO NOT DEPLOY TO THE TESTBED. THIS SHOULD BE TESTED LOCALLY.

  1. Import housing_inven_2005_2017.csv.txt
  2. Create a dataflow with the I.DS.
  3. Click "Edit rules"
  4. No response

Expected behavior
Normal edit session.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • OS: MacOS
  • Browser: Chrome
  • Version: 68.0.3440.106

Additional context
The columns causing problems are column5, column12 (when autoTyping disabled)
