Describe the bug
If there's no hadoop config, I see an error popup when creating a datasource with a file snapshot.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Comment out the hadoop configuration in application.yaml
  2. Create a datasource with a file snapshot.
  3. See error

Expected behavior
We are able to create datasources with a local file snapshots always.
