Move Command Line section up?

People might not find it unless they scroll down the sidebar. Think I'd prefer above API, but above Packages also works

Both Packages and Command Line are below the fold, so you get the impression that all that's there is API docs.

What about listing all three top-level categories up here?

Something like:

Meteor API Docs

Introduction

API
Packages
Command Line

API

Clicking one would load the first page in that category and then scroll the menu up so that the whole category was in view. Or just do the scrolling and not changing the current page. Or a scroll and glow.
