Added
TLA+ models and Lean arithmetic proofs for worker startup, executor cleanup,
chunk and matrix buffer ownership, process-pool failures, and timed progress.
Deterministic regressions cover the corresponding runtime failures.
Changed
Proof references point to the renamed jamma-lean-proofs repository.
Fixed
LOCO worker startup now runs inside its cleanup scope, so partial thread-start
failures stop workers already started and BLAS-entry failures start none.
Parallel matrix text I/O detects exited process-pool workers and reports an
error instead of hanging on a lost result.
Native matrix formatting and background chunk rotation finish borrowed work
before interrupted executor cleanup returns or restores BLAS limits.
Timed progress no longer displays 100% after worker failures, consumer
interruption, or stdout failure while work is unfinished.
Lean mutation validation requires passing untouched projects and rejection
of each mutation's designated property guard. Unrelated checker errors no
longer count as detected mutations.
