tools/validate-skills.mjs now reads a Markdown link destination written in angle brackets, such as [text](<path with spaces.md>), as the path inside the brackets. It used to check the brackets as part of the path, so a link to an existing file was reported as broken. No skill content changed. tests/agent-skills.test.mjs covers the case.
