Fixes internal article links when LibreKB is installed in a subdirectory (#28). Pasting a full same-site article URL no longer drops the base path on the public site. Already-saved broken relative links are repaired when the article is viewed. No database changes are required.
To upgrade, overwrite the files (keep your config.php) and visit /upgrade.
