Changing language in MakeCode stops the Download button working #83

Describe the bug
After changing language in MakeCode, the Download button stops working
The button changes to save to the My Programs page.
Visiting the MakeCode Home page, or reloading the editor fixes it.
Expected behavior
The language changes and all buttons continue working.
